GUSHING!
Today, when I got home from work, the man next door was scooping water out of the drain with a yellow bucket. Not just random, nasty stagnant water - gushing, pouring mains water water. The pipe had broken, he told me, and he was making the wastage less by watering his plants. He'd called the council and they were coming around, but he didn't know
