I'm generating 15,000 - 20,000 words a month, with the regular WWE TV reporting, the odd news item and the monthly column, for www.NZPWI.co.nz and it feels almost effortless.  Interesting...

Nice write up.

To be honest, the WWE is losing me a little bit. It used to be I made sure I saw every show each weekend - now I'm not so fussed if I miss one (the Bob Barker RAW episode, for example).

Well, that's my job - watching it so others don't have to.

Tell you what, I would've thought being required to watch all the WWE programming would drive me nuts, but having to do so with an eye to summarising it (and enjoying myself while I do so) for the website gives an interesting perspective. If i'm not that interested in what is happening at a given moment, I can turn my mind to writing up what's been before or thinking about the 'angle' I'll use for the piece.

Finding the 'theme' of each show, what best summaries what went down, actually keeps me interested if the stuff on the screen doesn't.
