another factor for the delay is the death of the lead costumer designer, marit allen.

Sorry to hear it.

Variety mentions tax-breaks in Australia needed to be worked out, as well as revisions to the script.

I've always taken a wait-until-its-in-theaters approach toward a JL movie anyway. Too many steps where something this involved could fall apart.
