you are absolutely correct my friend, you cannot take anything personally. you know how many people hang up on me or tell me to fuck off every day? fuck them! if they don't want my help then they don't deserve it.
of course it's better face to face but that's why i have field reps to go talk to customers for me. i'd love to be in california driving around all day, but for now i have people who do that on my behalf.
phone sales is great. we fuck around all day. i bullshit people all day. sometimes about business, mostly about baseball =P
