Due to excessive scheduling on the part of my boss, it was essentially impossible to get any time to even think about visiting Dani's grave, much less make an attempt. It'll have to wait until next time.

And there will be a next time. I will go see her and make peace with myself, someday, somehow.

I will be in the LA area on Thursday and Friday. I want to make all efforts to visit Dani's grave site. If anyone sees this could you mail me at the2belo[at]msd.biglobe.ne.jp and give me directions? Thanks in advance.

I got a spam mail just now with the subject line

Hey Baby its Dani

God dammit.

I've never posted here before. But I wanted to say, the other day I opened my contacts list on my email and Dani's email address was there. I think about her all the time but I wasn't expecting that to be there, it was like a sudden punch in the face. I can't imagine how the people who knew her outside of LJ must feel. I miss her. :(

The thought of Dani chasing this guy around the netherworld, screaming "UGH! N'NA N'NA!" and making cracks about his hairweave put a smile on my face.

Yeah, I am not all there but I thought maybe you guys might understand...

I just thought I would let everyone know that I was able to mail Dani's family $2200 today thanks to everyone's generosity. It certainly isn't enough to cover her final expenses, but I am sure that it will certainly help, and maybe offer some small comfort as evidence of how loved Dani was ( Read more... )
