is verdun the place-to-be for breakfast food? or am i missing something else? and...how did it go?

apparently, verdun is not the best place to go for breakfast. we were wandering around the neighbourhood for about half an hour until we found this little restaurant that played cheezy romantic saxophone and was to have a resident karaoke star perform later that day.

And it went... very well. We'll see a movie this week, maybe tomorrow. sigh!
(and his apartment is decorated with religious iconography... and horses!)
