I totally agree with bookwrm89 about loving the line where Jack wishes he didn't have to keep finding out just HOW strong Ianto is. Heartbreaking and beautiful. And spot-on characterizations once again. Well done, pal! This just keeps getting better and better in my opinion.

Yay! I'm so glad ya'll aren't bored with me yet! I wrote this and most of the next part by hand when I was away the last 2 weeks so I re-re-re-read it and got kind of sick of it. :P Thanks ever so for the kind words. :)

Loved this part. Just lovely. I loved how Jack confided in Ianto because he needed help dealing with FH and he knew that Ianto wouldn't back down and let Jack go through it on his own. And brilliant chapter, I could see this happening on the show.

I always thought Adrift was good, (and not just the Hothouse scene, though hot damn!) but instead of being so Gwen focused on finding out about FH, I would've liked to see what you're writing. Jack explaining how he built the place and how he looks after the victims. And I just read the next chapter, these two chapters would have seriously made a fantastic episode. Jack was so sweet with that poor woman, and Ianto was right there beside lending support. Really good, I love seeing that side of Jack.
