Oh you know how I felt about this chapter. Ianto so cute first thing in the morning and then the two of them together....and then the whole surveillance thing came up and was just brilliant! I loved the tension in that scene...regular tension AND UST :) And then FH - oh I really love that you introduced this. Brilliant job :)
