i lost 6.6 pounds my first week! i know its only the first week and its all water weight blah blah, but its awesome. hopefully i'll lose a little something again next week. this is great motivation for me to keep it up!

It's good to know that your hard work (and a lot of it is hard work, not just water weight!!!) is paying off!
