I have decided to get back in shape, and feel happier with the way I look, since I don't currently like my appearance. It will help my excessive back pain I deal with every day, from an old back injury I received back in 2005. It will also help my recent knee injury, I have been recovering from the past 10 months

I have beed at a steady weight being under 200lbs, but I would be happier being 60lbs lighter with my back, but for now I'm just going for 20-25lbs as a starting goal.
I don't want to feel like I'm failing, or go back to yo-yoing if it doesent stick. my main goal is to actuly eat more then 1 to 2 meals a day. I need to be eating at least 3 to 5 in order for me to funtion normaly. Doing this will also help with my migraines, as well as making me feel less lethargic, because I will have a better nutrition intake, due to the fact that I'm actualy eating more regularly.

Mom combined that philosophy with 1000 calories a day and that's how she lost her weight (well working out too, but you get that idea)
