Aww, these two are so cute together. I always enjoy Spoony and Linkara's bantering, and it's even sweeter than usual since Linkara is so worried about Spoony and wanting to help him and protect him. He will make such a good partner for Spoony! I also enjoyed learning how angels are always around if you believe in them. That's a really positive message for people to take in. :)

More excellent stuff here! I like how Spoony has some difficulty understanding human nature (such as, Linkara being very tired and sleeping late). I'm also really enjoying the angel mythos that you've created - ideas like, angels can't be seen so long as they don't touch the earth, wings have to be earned, and so forth. Linkara is super-adorable as Spoony's protector - I like the notion of a man protecting the angel, when traditionally it's the other way around. ;D

Heaven isn't a very well organized entity, is it? Sending an inexperienced angel out to fight a dangerous demon, not keeping track of agents lost out on missions, not realizing the demon escaped and cut off the wing of an angel ... they could learn something from like, the FBI or the CIA, or even the regular police force.

“I don’t know,” Spoony admitted. “The Lord will provide, I guess.”
“He provided you with me,” Linkara said. “You can stay as long as you need to. I wouldn’t mind the company.”
