Relief, sweet relief

At my orthopedist's suggestion I went for a pain injection yesterday.  I was pretty hesitant about it and super nervous.  It was not comfortable that's for sure but now just about 24 hours after the injection, I am standing up straight!  Usually, I lean forwards and I have almost no pain.  It is a strange feeling, the abscence of pain.  I actually

I'm SO glad you are not in pain!! Could you update me as to what's going on, since I'm behind on your journal? A brief update; I don't want you to feel you have to tell me a long complicated story that's been told elsewhere. *hugs*

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner Amy. The back pain is because I have two discs under the area of my spine that is fused that are 100% and 75% degenerated. The bone on bone is causing huge amounts of pain.
