It is a hilarious read XD

I understood it as the man demonstrating how useless and ridiculously overpriced their utility service was, based on this line: "It was silly of me to assume I could provide you with something of completely no value whatsoever, waste your time and then attach such a large amount to it." That, and he sent the email copies to NineMSN so I think it's about proving a point.

(We recently got hit with a few hundred dollar water bill for our holiday house. How much water did we use? $14 worth. The rest was 'service' costs)

Then again, I could be wrong!
