jeez, how much does it suck that I have to work tonight at the rack monkey job? On my fave holiday ever!! I don't get to see any adorable lil munchkins in costume ;_; I'm wearing my cat anteanas though. Cuz they're awesome

With the 5 times eating a day, I am pretty sure it is 3 meals and 2 snacks in between meals. It is supposed to make sure you don't gourge yourself on other crap when you get too hungry, keeping the meals smaller as well means you will be burning off fat cells quicker.
