maybe its because im 20 years old...but i don’t find it necessary to gossip....constantly. Shit has been going bad and good lately. I need to find a common ground and I haven’t found it yet. Im confused but for some reason, know that things will be looking up in the future…. i must say... i never realized how much carbs i eat in a day.
i mean i always knew i was a carb freak...but i never noticed how bad.

from now on....
-a small amount of carbs each day (i have been doing well with this the past week)
-run 3 miles a day(also doing well with)
-crash diet(working out pretty decent

what have i done to myself. i just realized when putting on my jeans how much i could care less about my life and my apperance.
