So, I'm actually keeping up with a few different shows. I'm not watching them all in real-time, but I'm more or less caught up on several:
Supernatural -- On balance, I'm having a great deal of fun. I went into the show expecting it to be as problematic as it was when I left in S4 and it's actually a bit better, especially with women and queer

I was just dealing with someone who said that because no characters in S1 called Regina abusive (for gaslighting Henry), that means that interpreting her that way is invalid.

Yep. It's just such an enjoyable show.
Sadly I'm kind of out of touch with OUaT these days...it's still fun, but I find myself a little bored, which is a pity. :/ I'm probably going to stick it out to the end of the season, though, because I'm still invested in a couple of the characters.
I'm hoping that Hook will leave/get killed off soon. He's so smarmy. I mean, the other characters all realize this, which is what saves it for me, but it's like he can't have a single conversation with a woman without bringing in icky and unwanted sexual innuendo. Basically, I feel like any other character would be a more worthwhile use of screen time than Hook.

So, Dean Winchester is super-repressed in all kinds of ways because of the issues instilled into him by his dad and the hunting community. And the three ways that he's most repressed, from what I can see, are in his geekiness, his gender expression, and his sexuality. All of these things are, notably, things that he has projected onto Sam -- he's always calling Sam a geek when it's Dean who makes and gets obscure Star Trek references, etc.; he calls Sam 'a girl' and implies/says that Sam likes wearing women's underwear when it's actually revealed in 5x04 that Dean is the brother who has tried on and liked wearing "pink satiny panties"; and he deflects similarly about interest in men.
So, anything that Dean levels at Sam as an insult is probably something that Dean believes is true about himself but that he's not prepared to admit (one particularly obvious example is near the end of S6, when Dean calls Sam Cas's "Lois Lane" when it's obvious to everyone that if anyone serves that role for Cas, it ( ... )

I want Hook to die in all of the fires. He's disgusting and I want people to stop shipping him with, honestly, anybody (but especially Emma). I will be so happy if he dies.

He's entirely made of sleaze.

Aiden has always felt like a third wheel to me on Revenge. I don't really see why he's necessary when Emily already has Nolan, especially since he keeps Nolan out of the central storyline for the most part. It was great to see Emily & Nolan working together again to try & save Jack & (sob) Fauxmanda. Really sad to see her go, especially because of the reasons she had to (to push J/E again even though half the audience is less than enthused about them).

Yeah, it oddly made it look like Paul and Emma's issues with each other were just sexual tension which... does not seem accurate. I'm also in the "stick three killers together in a box = things not going well" camp in general, though.

Yeah, agreed.
