So, there's this epic XI kinkmeme going on (st_xi_kink). It's already up to three parts (with thousands of comments and over five hundred stories). Check it out -- there's slash, het, and even some gen.

I'm writing a bit for it (all K/S).

I know I hardly ever comment to you, but your writing is phenomenal. I remember when I first discovered it with White Rabbits: you were and still are the only person who has ever written Princess Leia to my satisfaction. Same thing here, I usually hate the girl!somebody fic. It seems like most of it just involves a lot of hysteria and yelling, and doesn't speak to me as a girl-somebody at all, but your girl!Kirk is all kinds of awesome. Thanks you so much for putting this all out there for the interwebs to enjoy. ♥

I'm very glad that my women feel real to you (bad female characterization is a pet peeve of mine as well). I'm very pleased that my Leia worked for you (though, wow, I never did finish that story, did I?).

It was sad because the story just kept growing and then it was, like, out of control (I was expecting it to be around 20-25 parts when I first started it).

I can tell you how it was supposed to end, if you like.

Persuasion!! My favorite of Austen's novels--I used to read it and think of how Jane was dying as she wrote...and weep into my pillow.

I've been following the ST Kink Meme and OMG, you wrote 'Don't Bring Me Flowers'! I love it so much and I'm so glad I followed your link in your Jane Austen prompt because I finally know who wrote it.♥ I'm sorry if I sound stalker-ish, but I just love that fic. Aw, thank you! I'm so glad that you liked the story. It was a lot of fun to re-envision Kirk's character.
