I'm just all flaily from the awesomeness of three great shows in one night.
Boomer/Chief: "Who would I love?" I squeeeed.

It was such a *squeeful moment*. I mean, they might be building up only to knock down up, but this is the very last run of episodes, so I can't think of a good reason for them to do that (and Tyrol's reaction on hearing that he and original Tory had been 'madly in love' was adorable).

My girl! My Boomer! They brought her back! And they did a shipper-cut -- they had her say 'who would I love?' and they cut to Chief.
I'll need to watch this episode for Boomer and my long forgotten by the show otp.

I know! They haven't had a scene together since she got shot.

That? Was pretty awesome. Not at all subtle, but exactly what I was thinking a second before they cut.

And when I rewatched it, I caught another of those moments -- when Boomer comes to take Ellen away and Ellen is looking at the picture she drew of Tigh, Boomer asks if it doesn't hurt to think of him, about how he hates her for what she's done. And Ellen says, "Maybe he doesn't. Love is like that sometimes."

Why must they make me hope?

It's funny, before this episode, I was running toward disinterested in where the show was going, but then they gave me Boomer and I'm all, "Eee! I care! Don't hurt her more!"
