He was very good in the political drama series Party Animals, actually, although the guy who played his brother in that would've made an incredible Doctor, LOL. I'm not displeased by his casting at all...

Perhaps he was trying to be forgettable in SDoaCG. Or it just wasn't the right sort of role for him. That happens. He seems excited to be the Doctor, which is a plus.

So, Party Animals is a political drama? That sounds intriguing. How is it?

Ouch. I don't think anyone tries to be forgettable, LOL; perhaps it's a gift!

I'll have to go over to a friend who has broadband and try to look at some of Matt's work. I wanted to see the Pullman shows anyhow.

I was eventually going to watch them anyway because of Billie. Now I've got two reasons to check them out.
