I love watching golf, so I'm excited about the US Masters, which started today. There is something slightly too perfect about the manicured fairways and greens of Augusta, but there is no doubt that the golf is spectacular. I'm no expert, but I will point out a few things. "A prison sniffer dog has been suspended from his post after allegedly killing a group of ducks at a Lancashire jail.

The three-year-old dog was reported to the governor of HMP Garth after the recent discovery of the dead birds.

The East Stand at Tannadice has been renamed after Dundee United chairman Eddie Thompson.

Gutted about Sunday, obviously. Especially for Eddie Thompson.
