I forgot to mention above that I was literally in the middle of changing clothes when the phone rang (as in, the shirt I was trying on was half on). We tied up the changing room for at least an hour and a half. The poor saleslady who was helping us kept coming to check on us, until Mum told her why I was on the phone.
