Any celiacs out there?

I'm not a celiac, but I do suffer at least one food intolerance (monosodium glutamate [MSG] is the mortal enemy of all women in our family). So I know how important a weapon knowledge is, and how difficult it can be to get restaurant servers to understand the needs of the intolerant.

One of my best Chatham!friends and future apartment mate is allergic to gluten. Gluten intolerance of ANY kind sucks when you have to eat college food.
