Two weeks after selecting an estate agent and we have a renter. I am officially a landlady! Who would have thought. I am ashamed at how much of the cleaning my mum came and did when I packed up house. I'm with you on the procrastination.

I have to find a house in which to move .. before Christmas and before the trip to Phils. I am NOT at all looking forward to the packing up, the unpacking and most of all - the cleaning!

I'm really glad you have a tenant for the old place! Does it feel weird thinking that someone else will be living in YOUR house?

We drove past the old house the other day and laughed about it. When I go there to the old house now, it seems pokey. I am amazed at how quickly I moved on. We actually owe that house a lot and it was the first one we bought and had our kids in... but the new house rules and there is no turning back.
