I boggle, though, at your ready access to moose. I could get it if I drove to the Super-Big-Box Hunting Emporium over the state line from here, but that would take almost three hours drive. I suppose there might be ways to get it closer to home, but we aren't as big on game-eating here in the US (despite all the second amendment rifle evangelists). I think we suspect that we've fouled the environment enough to make game a dodgy bet.
