She uses the low-G to her advantage as she begins searching the base for Fred, moving quickly.]

[She probably won't notice 00 until she actually makes an effort to get Fred's attention.]

Fred. Come with me.
Reply
Zero. Hello. [Her voice sounds a bit hoarse.] You came to get me.

[She hesitates, unsure about what to do. Fred is obviously in a great deal of pain, even though she doesn't appear to be physically hurt. 00 reaches out a hand to her.]
Please come.

I'm... sorry. That you had to come. I... [Her voice trails off for a second. Wasn't there something else she should say? Ah, yes.] Thank you. Zero.
Reply
You don't need to thank me.
[She turns to search for the elevator.]
Reply
Still. It was good of you to come.
[Speaking is good, too. It seems to be helping her recover from her panicked... insanity, or whatever that had been. She follows after 00 more-or-less docilely, too tired to try and take the lead.]

[Fred needed help. 00 knew she could find her.
And she is living in Fred's house, with her brother and Pinky. That's important. She doesn't know Fred well, but--it is a connection.
The elevator is around the next corridor. That's... strange, because it isn't where she came in.]

Fred feels the corners of her mouth quirk upward in a faint smile as 00 walks into the next corridor, sees the lift, and looks ever-so-slightly confused.]
Never been here before? This place is like that.
Reply
This is the first time I have been here. I was told it changes.

[Slight pause.]
Just a few days ago it was covered in snow.
[The lift gives a soft 'ding', the doors sliding open.]
After you. [Another faint smile at the half-joke, one that 00 probably won't get, but still.]

A place that is never constant, always changing. I wonder how it is achieved.
[Then the doors close, cutting off the moonbase.]

Who knows. It sometimes seems that Edensphere itself is in a constant state of flux.
[She leans against one of the walls, still absently holding 00's hand and rubbing her forehead a bit with her free hand. Right now she wants food and sleep, but mostly she wants tea. She's wondering if they have any in the house; she doesn't think so. Too bad. She will have to find some soon. Tea would really help right now.]
