Thankfully, no. They appear to have been attached to the shoulders of my coat in some manner, and the necks have been made to stand upright--with wire, if I am not mistaken.

I haven't the foggiest, on both counts. But by the looks of the outfit, some sort of demented ballerina. Or quite possibly a dancing clown.

Not real swans, Youth. They are made of some sort of cloth, stuffed with some sort of padding, probably with a wire to keep the necks standing upright.
