I wrote a poem because I felt really sad, sitting in a train station alone. I spent a week sometime last month deliberately pushing away all human contact. I wouldn't talk to any of my friends. I actually really enjoyed it. I realzied how much I missed solitude and didn't appreciate it before.
the same could be said for company, though. I have to remember to appreciate that as well.
