Alas, there is no 'bonus? what's that, then?' field.

Our "bonus" is really a faux-cooperative profit share thing, so if the profit's there, all staff get the extra cash. If we perform brilliantly in other ways, but don't make money, we don't. Bah to this advertising recession.

If staff get a satisfactory annual report they get a "performance bonus" in the princely sum of 200 quid. Taxable but not pensionable, of course.
