They have obviously been watching the alternate universe version of Who/Torchwood, where Jack is entirely heterosexual.

And the Daleks are small, fluffy teddy bears.

...You mean they're not? They lied! (... I want a stuffed Dalek *so* much. With a sound button you can press that goes 'Exterminate!')

Of course Jack's heterosexual! Heterosexual like Rock Hudson and Richard Chamberlain, who are beacons of heterosexuality! Heterosexual like Alan Cumming! Rupert Everett! Graham Norton! (er, I'm coming up short on actual bisexual actors)

I think this poster comes under that fabulous moment on Austin Powers where he goes 'Who would've thought Liberace was gay? Women loved him!' and Liz Hurley's character just gives him this disbelieving look.

The post was annoying on so many levels. You forgot to mention that John must have been Gay because no-one else could act that kiss so intensely.

oh, christ, I'd forgotten that bit. To which everyone yelled 'hello, acting!' Seriously. I'm still amazed they managed to get it to look that good when it wasn't rehearsed. I mean, we have previous form on John being a good kisser (see Marias), but imagine how wrong it could've gone.

:mutter: one day we will get America convinced that just because you play gay on stage does not mean you are. and then we will be able to wipe out people like that.

Nice boots. I haven't worn DM's for years, but I always loved them.

They are fabulous and comfortable boots which your mother cannot help but approve of since being DMs, they are eminently sensible, well-fitting boots that are good for your feet. :g:

My mother never took that point of view, and still disapproves of my taste in footwear.

hee. Ah yes, forgot : boys don't tend to get given the choices of heels and footwear that actually masquerades as torture-device for deforming your feet as most fashionable female footwear does. if you turn up in DMs voluntarily, all their arguments re: what your shoes do to your feet are scuppered.
