If you buy one of those waterbottle backpacks you could turn it into a gas pack like in the picture. Then use the plastic tube, of which you are supposed to drink out of, and use it to connect the one of your gloves.
Then you could somehow fuse orange ski goggles with oversized headphones, you'd be able to have the same head gear that he has.
Not so sure about the clothes though. Wear stripes maybe? ^^;
