In the Nohari window, you pick the 5-6 words you think are the worst things about me. :o
They are to help you find areas of self-improvement, and let you know how others see your strengths and weaknesses. When you make one, you choose 5-6 words yourself, and these words become the "facade," the side of you that you see in yourself, but other's don't.
When another person picks one of your chosen words, it is moved to the "Arena" area, symbolizing the side of you people see, that you choose to let them see. When a person picks a word you didn't, it gets moved from the "unknown" section, to the "Blind Spot" section, symbolizing a side of you people may see that you didn't see in yourself.
Complicated, but i hope that helps.
