After Andrew picks up Nicole Wells, he meets this creepy Alan guy. The next day, there is a meeting he must attend, that is scheduled by Giles. He waits and waits happily for the announcement than he is to be Dawn's watcher, but is disappointed and humiliated when he is unassigned.
