Oh dear... This was very sad. The little changes over time that add up to a tremendous, unbridgeable distance. It may be strange to ask this, but are you okay?

Eh, I had something of an semi-existentialistic moment last night. Luckily, my quasi-philosophical rambling was halted by ridiculous political macros before it got out of hand. -cough- And then I wrote this. :)

I was worried the story would come across as vague or stilted, given the lack of names/flash-i-ness of the scenes. I'm glad it got across alright.
