You could ask the artist; she's really nice. I left a comment on one of her pictures a while back, and she replied.

Oh my God, what a small world. She's Nathan's best friend's wife, and a wonderful artist, isn't she? I won't "out" her real name on your blog... I am not sure of the protocol of such things within the graffiti art community. She's also working on a project up at the old Tubs building on Roosevelt and 50th in U District.
