That commercial captures the feeling of getting a lot of vitamin D. :D

The other day I ran from the U-District to my apartment in Greenwood. It took 55 minutes and I got so much sun. The next day I was whacked out with vitamin D and have been extremely hyper. I felt like I did when I was a kid.

It probably helps that I have also stepped up my daily I.U. for the past 3 weeks...
