Hmm....I'm not quite sure what I want to say, so forgive me if this is a little fuzzy.
I've just been thinking a lot about friendships lately, and I feel like I didn't do my part with you. I really appreciated that you said your piece to me a while back in Nisha's journal, but I was still a bit nervous regarding a lot (my friendship with Krista ended so badly that I honestly just had a difficult time handling anything or anyone to do with her). I think I might have been unduely cold in my response (I honestly can't remember exactly what I said, but I have that feeling) and that was unfair.
I just really wanted to let you know that I don't have any negative feelings towards you, and I look back fondly on our friendship. I wish you nothing but the best, and felt I should tell you that.
