thanks everyone who commented on my last post. most of the votes were for the creme, and i am leaning in that direction as well. the blue would be warmer though, since the yarn is substantially heavier. the handspun is think & thin enough to work at either gauge.

making some warm mittens out of the handspun knitplaywithfire gave me, but only have about 100 yds of handspun. so striping it with the navy (mystery bulky wool) or the creme (lamb's pride worsted) in a simple stockinette pattern to highlight the pretty yarn. don’t like the ribbing on any of the swatches so i’ll figure that out later (current plan ( Read more... )
