Some buddy of Nate's went to Rose Hullman (almost all male elite engineering school). Since no one had a girlfriend...

And then there was the time they moved the car of the only guy on the floor who had one...onto the dorm roof...and replaced his car with a 1-1 scale model made of snow....

The stuff with post it notes, tin foil, stolen lab explosives, and liquid nitrogen...that was for freshmen.
