Pahahaha, oh man, marker tattoos <3 This guy wins the party already! If you ever draw him in color (even if it's just for the purpose of testing to see what colors you'd want to use), I'd love to see it! XD Being so fashion-challenged that he looks "EYE BLINDINGLY HORRIBLE" just amuses me far too much.
Also, I like how you draw faces; simple, yet clean and effective! 8D

I wanted to make him kind of a goofy character, so I gave him those lameo star tats and thought, "Well, what if I get tired of drawing them? Oh! They're markers! :D" I think kids used to do marker tattoos when I was in kindergarten. XD
And thanks! The only thing is if I'm not really careful with my faces, a lot of my characters end up looking the same. .__.v
