What the hell is:

INCOME BASED

and

INCOME CONTINGENT

repayment plans. I see the difference in the amount, but not in the agreement that the US Govm'nt is making with credit scores, etc.

I have them but have been in deferment so long now I can't recall. I would assume one is based on your income, and one is based on whether you have income? (I'm certainly no help at all! Sorry!)
