I've switched off a lot of the 'public viewing' options, and change the listings, but I haven't turned it off entirely. I'm not really a big fan at all, since as you say, it's kind of too little, too late.

I actually prefer GoogleWave over Buzz, but even Wave has it's problems still as well.

I've had a couple of chances to get GWave invites, but never felt the need to try it out, for sorta vaguely similar reasons to Twitter.

Did you like the Cthulhu carol? (Personally, my favourite is It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Fishmen, but Freddy, the Red-Brained Mi-Go is a close second.)
