Bunnisteffi's Illustro-Litero-Audio-Video Recco List (1/2)

A little make-up gift for my LJ F-list for spamming the doll posts all this while: A list of my favourite novels, manga, online soundbytes, videos and fanworks of all time. The list will be organised by type, genre or fandom or defining characteristics, some of which may be vague, or anally specific. (Read: It'll be messy, please bear with it.) ( Read more... )

You know Nao Tsukiji! You are AWESOME!

I was so obsessed with her drawing I brought all the volumes of Adekan recently, and I can't wait to buy more of them when they come out in the future XD

OH YESS! I fell in love with her style in Ade-kan, the amount of details and crazy contortions. XDI saw her new artbook while Googling up her site, terribly tempted to get it. >A

I'm a fan of L.M. Montgomery, too! I've always wanted to try Hiro Arikawa's books, too. They sound so intriguing! I haven't really tried much fantasy lately, so I'll check up your authors! I see that you love Clamp as well, Kubo Tite, too. How about Matsuri Hino's art style?

I recommend books by Kate DiCamillo! Life through innocent children's philosophies really takes the cake for me. ;)

ToshoSen is a pretty fast-paced read! I've the Bessatsu 1st Volume, but my Japanese isn't good enough for me to understand it fully yet. TAT

I used to like Hino Matsuri's VK, but I got tired of the plot. Her art style's good, from what I can remember, and I must admit that I did find those Yuuki/Zero blood taking scenes hot. /coughs Until Twilight ruined the whole Vampire genre for me.

Thanks for the recommendation! Kids'-eye-view sounds interesting!
