I keep vaguely thinking 'I should do a post about that' and not doing it. So to get back in the swing I shall just do a bulleted list of Things in no order.

Good to hear what you're doing. Wet sheep would be heavy given how heavy a washed wool jumper is.

Aaargh! re: the Mer-Sheep... It is extremely unfair of Things to allow a sheep on a beach. It's one of the few places where it should be safe for dogs to hurtle, without having to worry about livestock.

Theo had cunningly trapped it in a narrow place between two large rocks, and I was expected to come and deal with it before it could escape...

Shouldn't it??? Sheep are not designed for beaches! They should be in groups in fields, not wandering in morose loneliness on beaches!
