The house is full of food and sleepy hounds and dozing cats. We have eaten way too much, and I'm still gently nibbling on a lump of chestnut and cranberry stuffing. Here are a few photos from the last week or so

What fabulous pictures! Cozy is definitely the vibe you are projecting here. The photo of you with the tree and black hoodie with the Christmas tree and the dog.
Great pictures of the tree with its wooden ornaments! The contrast with the red bulbs and branches is lovely!
The rescue of the Swan is a great photojournalism!
Rosie with her sweater and the dogs in their beds. Everyone looks so happy and relaxed!
I love the Epic Adventures of the Swan Pedalo - so glad it finally made its way home!
Wonderful Christmas pictures too.
I always struggle to photograph Max too. It's really difficult to photograph a dog who is nose-to-the-ground on a scent trail, unless you're willing to lie on the ground, and it's rather too damp for that at the moment.
Happy Christmas (if a little bit too late)! And happy New Year that is coming (we russians like to congratulate with things that are about to come, as well as with that have already come)! The cozynes of the photos is practicaly palpalable, thank you for sharing them. And I'm still awed by the beauty of the Tamar Valley even in winter. Good luck and good health!
Happy Christmas, I'm glad to hear Gothmog is coming back in the house again, she does have such lovely fur so missing out on being able to snuggle that would be a shame!
My middle-aged thing I love to get is tea towels, I got three this year :) I can always use more tea towels as it means I can save them up and do them all on one big hot wash together once a year since our washer takes up to 11kg :D
