Boiler service!! That's me never able to sell my house, right there!
I can't see how moving house could ever be not stressful, so I'm sending loads of positive vibes your way.
[I didn't comment on your previous post because, although the new house looks fantastic, and I would kill for that room with the arched windows and the view, I was still thinking, "How can you possibly leave Cornwall?!" because you've always made it sound so idyllic. But you'll have a whole new landscape to explore and show us.]
Edited to add: My brother does service my boiler, but there's no certificate!
Honestly, we don't have a certificate for servicing either, I don't know if we were sent one and binned it or what. We have two big filing cabinets of papers, but I really wonder who is so organised that they have All The Necessary Stuff, and not also 30x as much Pointless Ephemera and can't find one in the other...
Where we live in Cornwall is lovely, but from being Devon's inexpensive cousin when we moved here, it's come up in the world, and so there's no way we can afford to let the Shop have the space to which it would like to become accustomed here. Having been here for 20 years, I know the area round-about really well, so I'm looking forward to exploring somewhere else.
And I've always wanted to live by the Sea. This is probably our one chance at a house where you can just roll the canoe down the drive and into the water, and so (I hope) the hassle will be worth it!
I have never understood the advice to declutter and worse, stage, the house one is trying to sell because potential buyersWill surely lack the imagination to picture their own stuff in there.
Good luck with everything! As I tell myself about many things, people do this all the time, so it *must* be doable.
