Christmas 2017

I bought this year's Christmas tree from Bohetherick Farm: I think it's a Nordmann fir: a very nice compact tree with a good shape to the trunk.  I had to squelch through the mud to find it and Rosie had to endure an excessively friendly springer spaniel.  It's almost exactly the right height without having to chop any bits off too, though that ( Read more... )

A belated merry christmas and best wishes for 2018 to you too!

I'm glad Rosie is being easy at least. I expect the right next dog will happen along at some point :)

We discovered that the Boy is not violently allergic to his parents new cat so I am currently resisting dragging him to the local rescue to see if we can find another non-dandruffy cat because we still need to get the builders in to sort the bathroom.

I feel I need to explain that this pile is actually the pile of stock waiting to be photographed, not the "backlog of Things waiting to be entered into" the Shop. Only once an item has been photographed does it move from that pile into the pile of things waiting to be entered.

This is therefore the backlog of Things waiting to be photographed so that they can be put into the backlog of Things waiting to be entered into the Shop.

The tree is lovely! I developed an allergy a couple of years ago so we have to make do with a plastic tree. It's easier to handle, but i miss the real deal!

I am sure the Right Dog will find you when needed. :)
