I was just looking through my calender of posts here on livejournal. I realized that when I was first given this thing just before summer in 2003, everything was awesome. So today I'm at the SAC, shootin hoops. I go for the 360 dunk and make it, but when I land I think I had a back spasm, but it just went out. So I've been in constant pain all day today.
