Free concert

Today I'm working not far from Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt, where some orchestra is currently doing rehearsals, or sound checks, for an open-air concert tonight. So snippets of Darth Vader's imperial march,the Lord of The Rings soundtrack, and James Bond's theme keep beating their way into my office.

Far from it! But the sound carries at least a block. You'd hear it nicely from under the trees around the edge of Gendarmenmarkt, I'd think. Might be worthwhile if the weather were nice.
