I can't decide which weekend I'm more excited about the new movie or the last book. I'm going to have to read the last page first though. I don't usually do that but I'm thinking I may die if I don't.

Oh, man, I'm definitely more excited about the book. But I can't bear the thought of it all being over. I'll probably do what I did last time, which was stay away from LJ the week or two before so that I don't get spoiled. I don't think I'd even want to read the book if I knew how it ended. :)

I liked The Machinist. But, yeah, a very skinny Bale isn't very nice. Although I do hear that he had a strict regimine during filming so that he was ... healthy enough to not die. But still, it's just scary as hell.

I heard he actually fainted a couple of times during production! Supposedly his diet was one can of tuna and one apple a day. I don't care how careful you are, that's not healthy. :\

I haven't been completely active in the fandom for ages and Umbrdige isn't how I imagined for appearances, but ohmygawd. I am so excited, I feel like bouncing around my house for hours. I loved OOTP. Everything and anything about Umbridge and the entire conspiracy-type thing going on with Umbridge was just *waves hands* Nggghh. Seriously, yay.

Omg, seriously? OotP was my least favorite book, lol. I haven't even been able to make myself re-read it since the first time. Capslock!Harry is just too annoying, and every time Umbridge is in a scene I feel like someone is dragging nails down a chalkboard.

BUT! I think it will make an awesome movie, probably the most awesome one we've had yet, because evol!Umbridge (who scares the piss out of me) and the DA and ...yeah. It will be AWESOME. :D

Oh, there was definitely parts I hated and capslock!Harry is always annoying. I think Umbridge made everyone mad; I actually ended up yelling at the book I got so upset with her.

I left the fandom but *flails* OMG HARRY POTTER. Thanks for posting it! Also, I will admit to buying The Machinist but not watching it because Christian Bale looked ... um, scary on the front cover.

He is very scary looking. Like, they make a point to have his shirt off as often as possible, which would normally be like YUM, but in this movie ...YIKES. You can see every single rib, his hips are jutting out unnaturally, you can even see the bumps down his sternum! I don't think I've ever seen an actor look so positively unhealthy for a role. But, um, otherwise, it's ...interesting? Creepy and kind of weird, but I like that sort of thing sometimes. :)
