Left work early today because my boss and I were watching a man in the parking lot behind us scrape the ice off his car. My boss came into my office two minutes later and said she was leaving and so was I. Cookies weren't frozen, frozen--just really cold, frozen. They are sooo yummy! I think I ate too many tonight though. Oh, and I have to send you something now so I can get that nice container back to you.

Tacos just seemed to be the perfect food for a cold, icy night and American Idol.

Ok, so I was so focused on the food, I forgot to thank you for the card and the books. I already have "Binding Ties" but it's my favorite of all the CSI books (Brass and a serial killer, what could be better). I'm thinking I'll give my copy to my friend at work and keep the nice, new copy you sent. Never read Sue Grafton but I'll save it for my next vacation reading. Again, thank you!

Oh, and I'm about 5 miles from the large USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS distribution centers at Dulles so everything gets here quickly. I can mail my Netflix DVD's Monday, they get them Tuesday and I can have my next one on Wednesday. I'm spoiled by that.
